Our Associates initially receive assignments from all of our departments in order to develop well-rounded skills. We also involve our new Associates in the litigation and transactional processes sooner than many of their counterparts in larger firms. This helps to prepare them for the challenging and sophisticated work that the firm provides on behalf of its clients.
We encourage our attorneys to participate in professional and community activities and we support their efforts in these areas. We also support our attorneys' efforts in all Pro Bono matters.
