HUB's Marcellus Shale practice team has represented hundreds of individuals with direct or indirect interests in Marcellus Shale properties.
The primary areas of practice include negotiation and interpretation of gas leases and rights of way agreements for pipeline and roads, transfer of gas and mineral rights to newly formed entities, representation of hunting clubs and other non-profits owning Marcellus Shale lands (predominately in, but not limited to, Lycoming and Tioga Counties), and estate planning for Marcellus Shale assets and revenue.
The Marcellus Shale practice team is led by Alexander Henderson, III who is assisted by Jeffrey P. Ouellet and Michelle L. Groleau in hunting club and gas interest transfer issues. Thomas W. Bergen leads the team in tax and estate planning issues. Stacey L. Morgan leads the team in land use issues.
