Marylou Barton joins HUB with 19 years of experience in environmental law. She joined Pennsylvania's Department of Environmental Protection in 1991 as a litigator and spent the last 15 years in the Bureau of Regulatory Counsel advising central office clients in the formulation of environmental regulations and policies. She is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall, the University of Villanova Law School, and has an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business. Barton will coordinate the Chesapeake Bay Watershed practice at HUB.
