Kim Smith and Jeff Ouellet presented on the topic of “Unemployment Compensation: What School Districts and Intermediate Units Need to Know” at the annual Pennsylvania Intermediate Unit Fall Conference for Human Resources and Business Administrators at the Gettysburg Hotel in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. The audience included representatives from the Intermediate Units throughout the Commonwealth and provided the attendees with information and updates on unemployment compensation in areas of specific concern for school employers.
Mrs. Smith and Mr. Ouellet are both partners who are members in the firm’s Employment Law practice group, and Mrs. Smith is Chair of the firm’s School Law department.
