Joshua D. Cohen has been elected to serve as Vice Chair of EDC Finance Corporation for a 2-year term beginning January 1, 2011. EDC Finance provides regional businesses access to federal, state and local financing programs, and is a Certified Development Company authorized to administer federal SBA 504 loans. Mr. Cohen has also been named to two Joint Committees of the Economic Development Company of Lancaster County and EDC Finance, namely the Investment Committee and the Resources Committee. The EDC and EDC Finance together promote and facilitate business development and expansion projects throughout Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
